Rockport Sales Data Shows $1.8 Million Top Deed Amid Wide Price Range
Rockport recorded 15 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, though only seven listed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $419,300 to $1,806,272, with a median of $565,000. The month's top sale was a condominium unit at 22 Marmion Way, which sold for $1,806,272 on Aug. 7 from 22 Marmion Way Realty Trust to Marilyn Archibald. Six of the 15 recorded deeds were transfers between family members or into personal trusts, none with disclosed prices. Granite Street and Marmion Way each saw two recorded transfers, the only streets with more than one sale in the period.
