Rockport Sale Prices Span $550,000 to $1.8 Million in Late Summer Period
Rockport recorded 13 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8. Five disclosed sale prices, ranging from $550,000 for a Popplestone Lane condominium unit to $1,806,272 for a Marmion Way condominium unit, with a median of $950,000. The month's largest transaction was the $1,806,272 sale of 22 Marmion Way, Unit 22, from 22 Marmion Way Realty Trust to Marilyn Archibald. Six of the 13 transfers moved property from individual owners into trusts bearing their own names, and none of those disclosed a price. With eight of 13 sales carrying no listed consideration, the data offers only a partial picture of market activity for the period.
