Rockport recorded 12 property deeds between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to the Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds. Only five of the transactions had a sale price recorded, ranging from $350,000 for a Broadway condo unit to $2.5 million for a Phillips Avenue property, with a median of $899,000. The top sale of the period was 13 Phillips Ave., Lot 3A, which sold for $2.5 million on Aug. 31, followed closely by 97 Marmion Way, Lot 4, at $2,495,000. Five of the 12 deeds were transfers between individuals and family trusts rather than open-market sales, and half involved condominium or subdivided-lot units.
