Rockport Home Sales Range From $350,000 To $2.5 Million In Late Summer Deeds
Rockport recorded 12 property deeds between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to the Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds. Only five of the transactions disclosed a sale price, ranging from $350,000 for a Broadway condo unit to $2.5 million for a Phillips Avenue property, with a median of $899,000. The top sale of the period was 13 Phillips Ave., Lot 3A, which sold for $2.5 million on Aug. 31, followed closely by 97 Marmion Way, Lot 4, at $2,495,000. Five of the 12 deeds were transfers between individuals and family trusts rather than open-market sales, and half involved condominium or subdivided-lot units.
