The month's top sale was a $1,806,272 condominium at 22 Marmion Way, Unit 22, sold by 22 Marmion Way Realty Trust to Marilyn Archibald. Half of the recorded deeds, seven of 14, were transfers between family members or into personal trusts, and none of those had a price recorded. Condominium or unit properties made up eight of the 14 transfers. With most prices not yet recorded, the data does not support characterizing the period as a buyer's or seller's market.
